We are a family owned and operated Centre situated in the heart of Whitford Village, a quick 10 minute drive from Howick (against traffic) into the fresh country air where we are surrounded by lush trees and beautiful native bird life.

We are on the lookout for an experienced, passionate and people-focused Centre Manager who can take the reins and journey on with our wonderful staffing team, families and children.

To be flourish in this role you will need:

  • Bachelor of Teaching (ECE) or Graduate Diploma in ECE (Level 7)

  • Full Teachers Registration

  • Experience in leadership, mentoring and supporting others to reach their potential

  • A passion for building authentic relationships with children, families, staff and the local community

  • Excellent communication skills; writing, speaking and listening

  • Self-management skills; planning, organising, time management

  • Passionate about creating inspiring and beautiful learning environments

  • Sound knowledge of ECE legislation, MoE and MoH requirements

This is a full-time position on a rotating roster between 7.30am-6pm. You will also be expected to attend staff meetings, open days and parent evenings (sufficient notice will be given).
